Constitutional Rights T-Shirt Now Sold at Cost!
To support everyone exercising their constitutional right to protest for Black Lives and justice, we’re waiving our margin to sell this shirt at cost. The more people wear it, the more widely the message will spread that protest is a right, as well as a duty. This is not time-limited: We’ve decided to sell this message at cost from now on. If you want to pay the discount forward, give about $7 to a relevant charity.
Assert your constitutional rights while you use them
When you’re demonstrating or protesting, the US Constitution has your back, with the 1st Amendment guaranteeing your freedom of speech and assembly, and the 14th Amendment guaranteeing you equal protection of the laws and freedom from arbitrary killing by the state. This black t-shirt spells out these rights on the front in clear, everyday language. Wear it as a reminder to yourself and others.
The full text is “The Constitution says I get to speak my mind and go home alive, the same as anyone else”, followed by a footnote to the “1st and 14th amendments”.
